I recently visited the Lufthansa Airlines Tokyo Office and I must say that it was an absolutely amazing experience. Warm smiles and sincere friendliness welcomed me as soon as I walked into the office. The staff's exceptional professionalism and effectiveness made sure that all of my concerns were fully and swiftly addressed. I had to make adjustments to my reservation and ask further questions about baggage because of some complex travel arrangements. I had an extremely attentive and knowledgeable person who made sure I understood every step of the process and walked me through all the possibilities. They made the procedure extra easier by speaking Japanese and English fluently, which was a tremendous plus. My case was given particular attention, which was what most impressed me. The employees treated me like a cherished guest rather than just a customer. They went out of their way to satisfy my preferences and ensured that I was very happy with the result.
