I contacted the call center and didn't find much help, so I figured it would be better to visit the office in town. As soon as I walked in, I felt well taken care of. There was a brief wait, but when I was called, the representative (whose name I think was Sarah) was very nice and professional. She listened patiently to my issue, brought up my booking immediately, and went over all the choices with me. She even coordinated directly with Schiphol Airport to ensure assistance would be there during my layover. That kind of care truly meant a lot. She also assisted me in transferring to a more accessible seat without a fee, which I appreciated as a thoughtful gesture. All was clearly explained, and I left the office with absolute peace of mind. Personal attention like this is not common in today's largely digital travel era.
