At the beginning of February there was information about the upcoming premiere of a licensed Barret REC7 carbine replica by EMG Arms (Evike Manufacturing Group) powered by the tried and true Nautilus 2 gearbox by Krytac, with a quick spring change system and a built-in mosfet.

Currently, replicas are already available at Evike.com in pre-order. Two basic models are available: the carbine with a 406 mm long barrel and the shorter SBR with a 280 mm long barrel.

Of course, the replicas have appropriate markings on receivers and licensed handguards with the M-LOK system, folding sights, KRYTAC gearboxes with 8 mm ball bearings and internal barrels with a diameter of 6.05 mm. Collimators shown in the photos are not included.

There are 3 basic colors available: black, dark earth and graphite (tungsten). You can also choose the muzzle velocity: 380-400 fps is standard. The second option is 330-350 fps. You can also order a set with 4 additional Krytac mid-caps (with transparent ports) and a Prometheus EG 6.03 precision barrel with the RHOP installed. The set also includes the T1 type collimator visible in the photos.

Regardless of muzzle velocity and color, the SBR costs 395 USD, and the carbine version 410 USD. Packages with additional magazines, collimator and replaced barrel are priced at 580 USD and 600 USD respectively.
