In the middle of August we received information from LCT Airsoft about ongoing work on a steel drum magazine for the AK. Today LCT has announced the introduction of the magazine to its offer.
From the outside, the magazine is made of 100% steel. Below is a video presenting the production process.
The interior is made of ABS. The mechanism is run by an electric motor powered by 3 AA batteries.
In the photo above you can see a switch with a red tip hidden inside the magazine. It is activated from the outside by pressing a lever which, in the original, is used to operate the spring ( see the photo below).
