At MOA Bolt has shown some interesting things. The first one are 2 licensed Daniel Defense carbine replicas with RIS II (SOPMOD II) handguards, 9.5" (Mk18) and 12.5" long.
An interesting fact is that Bolt has already made a replica that looks like the Mk18 (Bolt MK18 MOD 1 available in Poland for 435 EURO), but with its own markings. The properly marked version will be available soon:
The new replicas are equipped with a programmable electronic control system (various firing modes) with an attached BB-counting sensor. Thanks to this, the replicas can simulate emptying of the magazine (they stop firing). An additional PCB is placed in the magazine well. Both replicas are expected to hit stores soon.
The second of the new products presented is a steel MP5K AEG with an EBB system (BRSS - Bolt Recoil Shock System).
Like the Daniel Defense ARs, it has a programmable control system with the same sensor.
As we found out, the blowback can be turned off by locking the charging handle in the rear position. The market premiere is scheduled for March 2020.
Recently, the most popular Bolt product is the AKS-74U replica with the BRSS system. The "tactical" version of the replica has an AR type stock, a different pistol grip and other "tactical" additions has been presented at the fair. The mechanism and functionality remained unchanged.
Lastly, we present the thing we liked the most. Well, for the turn of February and March 2020 Bolt has announced the premiere of the AKM replica with the BRSS (EBB) system. A working prototype is pictured below, hence the wooded parts look "slightly" raw.
Unfortunately, just like in LCT replicas with blowback (LCKM and similar), the bolt-carrier can stop in a completely random position - for proper working you will need a control system with cycle control.

We were told that due to the solid recoil, Bolt replicas are readily used as props in the film industry.
