After the success of the ARP9 pistol carbine, G&G introduced a similar, equally (or, according to us, even more) compact ARP 556 model feed from the AR-15 system magazines.
Currently, G&G has announced the second version of the ARP 556, designated as the V2S. The new replica is powered by the same gearbox, which has the ETU (Enhanced Trigger Unit) , a programmable electronic control system, with the option of burst firing. The difference between replicas is the material from which the receiver is made. In the ARP 556 V2S seen below, it is made of polymer. Thanks to this, apart from the price, the replica's weight was also significantly reduced. The metal ARP9 weighs 2420 g and the new V2S only 2096 g. Other parameters such as the length of the inner barrel (128mm), muzzle velocity (330-350fps) and rate of fire are the same.
The set will include a hi-cap magazine holding 300 BBs with external dimensions similar to those made by other manufacturers.
A few details of the new ARP 556 V2S:
The supply of ARP 556 V2S is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.
