LCT Airsoft has presented another replica from the AK family. This time we are dealing with a variation of the AK74SU.
The distinguishing feature of the replica is the lack of a buttstock. Instead, on the rear wall of the body, a folding sling mount, typical of AK carbines, was installed. Other features include a front equipped with four Picatinny rails and a large flash hider with a very aggressive design.
Technically, the replica does not deviate from the current standard used by LCT. The receiver and its cover are stamped from steel sheets.
Inside, however, we have:
- a V3 gearbox with 9 mm ball bearings;
- steel gears;
- a polycarbonate piston with fifteen steel teeth;
- a directional ball bearing head made of aluminum (CNC);
- an aluminum cylinder head with a double o-ring (CNC);
- a chromed brass cylinder;
- a polymer nozzle with an o-ring;
- a spring guide with a bearing;
- a standard set of a trigger switch and cables with a mini Tamiya plug;
- a standard motor with a nominal value of 22000 revolutions per minute.
In other words - we have a very sensible and durable configuration here.
The replica comes with a mid-cap magazine holding 130 BBs.
The dimensions:
- overall length: 530 mm
- length of the inner barrel: 270 mm
- diameter of the inner barrel: 6.05 mm
- weight: 3.20 kg
The replica is read to work with LiPo 11.1 V batteries.
