Looking at its design and familiarizing with the technical data, the EDC (everyday carry) slogan quickly comes to mind. The flashlight has been designed so that it can be easily carried on an every day basis in a pocket of ones trousers or jacket. Its shape and the steel clip on the casing also make it easier to quickly take it out and turn it on. At a weight of only 79.4 g, its dimensions are: 20.32 x 113 x 71.12 mm.
The light source used is called MaxVision Beam and, depending on the mode, it should have an output of 650 lm (lasting for 1.75 h), 250 lm (2 lasting for h) or 5 lm (30 lasting for h). It generates light at a wide angle, thanks to which the user may gain more situational awareness. Turning on the flashlight is done by pressing a large button next to which there is a second one, which enables to change the modes. Another, the so-called tactical switch, is located at the back of the body and is intended for use in emergency situations. It provides brightness at maximum output or a stroboscopic mode.
In this latest design, it was decided to use a lithium-polymer battery, which charging slot (micro USB) is located under the main switch. Between them is a diode which indicates the battery's power level.
The head of the flashlight is made of anodized aluminum, and the whole design is IPX7 certified, certifying that the flashlight can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
The price of the flashlight, without shipping, VAT tax and customs, is USD 109.
