Bolt Airsoftis known for the production of replicas equipped with proprietary B.R.S.S. (Bolt Recoil Shock System) and the High Cycle series. In Poland those replicas are imported by Gunfire. The offer includes replicas differing mainly in length and type of front. Yesterday, we received information from the manufacturer about supplementing the offer with a PDW type replica. A version of the AR-15 rifle with a short barrel and a collapsible buttstock.
The replica is based on Bolt's standard V2 gearbox 2 with the B.R.S.S. system. Due to the use of a two-position PDW type stock, the system has been slightly modified to fit into a shorter than standard buffer tube.
The receiver and most of other parts are made of aluminum alloy, while the short front with M-LOK sockets is made of fiber reinforced nylon. The muzzle velocity declared by the manufacturer is 393 FPS (100 m/s). We have not received information about the price. We also do not know when the replica will hit the stores.
