Northeast Airsoft got us used to the big releases such as replicas of the MP2A1/Uzi or the French rifle F1 FAMAS carbine. However, the company did not begin with the production of more realistic replicas. A great reminder of this are the recently announced iron sights.
The first of the announced and already available products are new, fiber optic sight for licensed replicas of Glockgen.5 replicas by Vega Force Company and Star Rainbow Company. The Alpha Sight set there will be a front sight with a fiber optic insert and an adjustable rear sight.
As the manufacturer emphasizes, this set has been specially designed, thanks to which the fiber optic insert in the front sight is properly secured and at the same time has the ability to collect as much light as possible. The rear sight is all black with the possibility of smooth position adjustment by 1 MIL/MRAD or 1 cm per 100 m. The instruments are mounted using a screw from the bottom of the slide. The price for the set is about 72 EUR in Asian Airsoft stores.
A more interesting new product is the announcement of the return of tritium sight for replicas of the Glock pistol. Northeast Airsoft has released them for the first time way back in 2018 as a limited product, and now it plans release another, limited batch. The sights from 2018 are still operational (as shown in the photos) and this is a project of rised sights for use with a red dot sight or a suppressor they have 3 dots.
Capsules with tritium placed in the sights are responsible for the backlight. The specific release date was not given, but we know that variants for 4th generation replicas from Tokyo Marui and later also for replicas of Vega Force Company and Star Rainbow Company will be available.
