According to PopularAirsoft in the state of Massachusetts in the US, the H.2040 bill was submitted, which amends the existing regulations regarding, among other things, weapon replicas. The first part of the bill aims is to change the definition of "imitation firearms." The second is more dangerous because it introduces a total ban on intra-state trade of "imitation firearms", which include airsoft replicas.
