LCT promotes new V3 gearbox frames with a quick spring change system.
The frames are available with 6 and 9 mm bearing seats (bearings are included). Complete gearboxes of both types can have wires led out to the front or the back. Unfortunately, the replacement of the spring in each case requires sliding the gearbox from the replica's receiver.
Interestingly, for replicas with the EBB system (like the LCKM we described recently), the manufacturer recommends a separate frame marked PK-370, equipped with 6 mm bushings:
arguing that 9 mm ball bearings will not withstand the EBB system mechanical stress. This is probably true, but it is worth knowing and remembering that the use of 9 mm bushings would be the best idea. The sockets with a larger diameter wear out more slowly which results in any slack appearing much later.
