Taiwangun began selling new replicas modeled on the SR-25 Knight's Armaments rifle clones. Some of the pre-production units could be seen in the Taiwangun's tent during this year's Afghanistan Mission event.
The most classic model is the CM.098 with a 500 mm long inner barrel:
The other two have collapsible buttstocks, M-LOK fronts (16 and 14.5 inches long) and internal barrels 500 and 400 mm long.
The CM.098B is the longer one:
The CM.098A is the shorter one:
Replicas generate a muzzle velocity of around 460 fps (450 fps in the shortest version). In addition to a very decent quality of workmanship, which we have already written about when writing ab out the Platinum series replicas, also the M-LOK magazines also look nice. These are hi-caps with a capacity of 500 BBs but the store also offers similar-looking BattleAxe mid-caps holding 120 BBs.
The replicas are powered by the "long" V2 gearbox. Inside there is an electronic control system with a microswitch (the same as in replicas with increased rate of fire), a piston with steel teeth and a set of "silent" aluminum heads. There is also a quick spring change system with a guide screwed directly into the replica's lower receiver. A high torque motor with strong neodymium magnets is also installed.
Prices: from 930 to 1010 PLN.
