As I wrote earlier - everything is different here. Gearbox - right side.
The left side
The motor resembles slim type motors a bit - the rotor is not enclosed. It is a custom design. It is not possible to install another motor in the replica.
The motor mount
A block connector that connects the leads from the micro-switches and the Hall sensor in the HopUp chamber. Next, the wires go to the control system mounted on the outer barrel
Internal components of the gearbox
The spring guide with a ball bearing and a short spring with a standard diameter
The pneumatic system and the gears
The complete set of gears. The sector gear as the cam moving the tappet plate attached
A close up
The tappet plate with a characteristic port in which the cam installed in the sector gear works
The nozzle is 23.68 mm long and has an O-ring
The cylinder set. Seems typical, just shorter
The piston with polymer head that has a ball-bearing
The head itself
Comparison with a standard piston. The cross-section seems similar ...
But there is a difference in dimensions
The cylinder head. Almost like the V7, but its slightly lower
Comparison with the standard V2 cylinder head - we compare the diameters and the height
Cylinders comparison
The inner diameter is almost the same
The pneumatic system is airtight
The inner barrel with theHopUp chamber. The wires lead to the Hall sensor. When the replica fires its last BB, the tip of the pusher enters the chamber funnel and moves the magnet in the chamber, which is registered by the Hall sensor. The sensor cuts off the power supply and the replica stops firing.
The movable magnet working in the chamber
The chamber itself is typical as far as its principles of operation are concerned. There is no spacer in the replica as the pressure arm is shaped in the right way.
The bucking is completely standard
The same can be said about the black-dyed barrel
The replica has limited tuning potential. You can definitely find a spring that will increase the muzzle velocity. You will probably also find people that would like to replace the bucking and the barrel. However, in our opinion, the replica "straight out of the box" will be perfect for games played at short distance. It would be great to get the stronger Elite Force version but this one, in turn, does not fit into our usual 350 fps CQB limits.
