Dytac has announced the release of a new slide for the Umarex GEN 3 Glock 19 GBB replica - the SLR Airsoft Slide.
It is made using CNC technology from 6 series aluminum and the kit includes the slide with SLR markings, an external barrel with a silencer/compensator thread, a protective nut for the barrel thread, iron sights and a dummy claw extractor.
The factory-milled mount for micro collimators and attachment screws are a noteworthy addition. Photos show that the so-called footprint (i.e. screws spacing) allows the installation of RMR collimators and Holosun micro collimators.
The manufacturer suggests installing the set by an experienced technician due to the fact that non-factory parts usually require manual adjusting as well as appropriate manual skills and technical knowledge.
