Fans of Silverback Airsoft products must wait a while longer for the new Desert Tech MDR-X rifle.
The release is delayed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the meantime, take a look at the video with the 3D presentation of the long-awaited rifle. It presents the main technical features of Silverback Airsoft MDR-X, replicas of the latest version of the Bullpup assault rifle chambered for the 7.62x45 mm NATO round, licensed by Desert Tech.

Powered by SR-25 (G&P/A&K) magazines, the rifle will be delivered with a polymer magazine with a capacity of 80 BBs.
Gearbox with 10 mm ball bearings, partly dedicated but most V2/V3 gear sets and piston will fit it, with minor modifications.
Computerized trigger and motor control, Dean connectors (T-plug).
The battery compartment can hold Li-Po (7.4 V or 11.1 V) batteries.
There are plans for the production of MDR-C replicas (compact version), 5.56 mm adapter sets, barrel sets, grips, etc.
