SIG SAUER, Inc.. in cooperation with the Former Texas Ranger Foundation, has introduced a limited edition of the P320 Texas Ranger Edition pistol. Part of the proceeds from the sale of the gun will be donated to the above-mentioned foundation - a non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve the heritage and values of the Texas Rangers formation, known also in Poland thanks to the TV series staring Chuck Norris.
The Texas Rangers formation has been upholding the law in Texas for almost 200 years, and has recently been equipped with Sig Sauer P320 pistols.
The Texas Ranger Edition P320 is a full-size 9mm pistol with a modular grip, SIGLITE night sights, complete with two 17-round steel magazines. The distinguishing features of the Limited Edition pistol are the individual TXR serial number, the engraved Nitron slide with the Texas Rangers badge and the famous Texas Ranger maxim, "One Riot, One Ranger". In addition, the set includes a commemorative Texas Ranger challenge coin modeled after the legendary Texas Ranger badge.
