Today we received information the news about the upcoming premiere of an airsoft version of the SIG Sauer M18 pistol.

The real firearm is a shortened (compact) version of the P320 (M17) pistol and entered service in the US armed forces and other uniformed services as a result of the same procedure. The compact M18 is now a regular sidearm for US Marines. The M18 replica differs from the already known M17 with the length of the barrel and the slide. Both are equipped with copies of medium-sized grips (carry). In the original, the grip (frame) is not "an essential part of the weapon" and "can be bought at any store". There are 3 sizes available - including the already mentioned carry.

Like the M17, the pistol has a removable slide protection plate, which can be replaced with a dedicated micro collimator.

We have not found any information about the parameters but both will probably be identical from the technical point of view, which would mean, for example, that the M18 could be powered from extended CO2 magazines dedicated to the M17. The replica comes with a short green gas magazine.
