WE Galaxy G Series are fancifully painted GBB replicas based on the modified frames of the Glock 17 pistol replica and thus uses the same magazines.
The upper part of the replica is made of a fixed barrel and receiver and the replica is stripped similarly to the AR15 system rifles. The replica does not have a traditional moving slide and thus allows for easy installation of optics and other accessories on the two available picatinny rails. The replica has iron sights - an adjustable rear sight and a fiber optic front sight.
The cylinder assembly moves inside the receiver. The barrel of the replica is topped with a thread that allows the installation of silencers and the WE tracer unit.
The new Galaxy G Series are also equipped with a fire selector switch that allows to fire in full-auto mode and also come with an adjustable Hop-Up.
We get access to the selector after pulling the cylinder assembly back, in the same way as we charge the replica. To adjust the Hop-Up, the gun needs to be opened and adjusted with a screwdriver.
The replicas are available in fancy colors, this in addition to the standard black they come in silver, gold, purple and blue. The WE company has also informed about the availability of the GBB XDM 4.5” pistol replica in a TAN finish.
The replica has the markings of the real firearm as well as its functions, i.e. an accessory rail for the installation of tactical lighting or laser sights, as well as interchangeable grip panels enabling the replica to be adjusted to the size of the shooter's hand.
The grip safety and the loaded chamber indicator are also functional. The replica is naturally equipped with an adjustable Hop-Up system, and the BBs are fed from a magazine with a capacity of 25 BBs. The muzzle velocity of the XDM is 330fps.
