The Sterling SMG is mainly associated with is characteristic side inserted magazine and with the Second World War, although the weapon was delivered to British soldiers in 1945 and in limited quantities (serial production).
One of the manufacturers of classic models is the S&T company which has recently published photos of the Sterling Mk7 model via the GHMK store.
Fans of the classic can be outraged by the appearance of the new airsoft Sterling, as the manufacturer has equipped it with a picatinny rail and a detachable, modern silencer. The Sterling Mk7 by S&T is an AEG replica, made of metal, equipped with an adjustable hop up chamber and battery cables with a Tamiya (small) plug.
In addition to the silencer, the set also includes an extension that allows one to build a replica in a version with a long barrel. The replica does not have a stock, only a carrying sling swivel.
The replica is supplied with a magazine holding 50/110 BBs. The new Sterling Mk7 is naturally equipped with a firing mode selector allowing for semi and full auto modes. The muzzle velocity of the replica is 90-100 m/s using 0.2g BBs.
