Timney Triggers USA has introduced a two-stage trigger group dedicated for the Heckler&Koch MP5. The pull weight of the initial takeup is 2 pounds, and the second stage needed an additional 2 pounds more achieve the break. Therefore we get a trigger that, at 4 pounds, has half the pull weight of the standard one fitted to this virtually legendary submachine gun.

The housing is made of 6061 T6 aluminum protected against corrosion with a black anodized coating. The hammer is made of heat-treated S7 steel and is NP3 coated. The trigger is made of A2 steel, coated with carbon nitride.

Timney's trigger group is easy to install and uses factory-fitted pins and levers. It is compatible with HK 91/93 and 94 and their clones. However, it will not fit the Ambi/Navy/FBI and .22 versions due to technical differences. The price at the time of publication of the information is 380 USD.
