At the Polish BCArms Sp. z o. o. stand, our attention was drawn to two rather peculiar vests providing protection against gunshots. A red one, intended for women, and one intended to be worn by men under a suit. Anyone who has ever saw any of "John Wick" movies with Keanu Reeves in the lead role will probably immediately associated the presented solution with this series. It seems that such a piece of gear is no longer just fiction.

Although it is worth noting right away that it is not as light and airy as it was in the film. Nevertheless, under the jacket, this tailored piece of clothing is practically inconspicuous. A rather interesting proposition, although I am afraid that it is rather eccentric.

Another interesting product presented at the stand was a hard ballistic plate designed for women called PATROL K K2+. It complies with the Polish PN-V-87000:2011 safety standard. The number of women in the uniformed services is growing, and the hard inserts offered so far are still unified for male users. Therefore, it is quite an interesting proposition for all female officers. One day it may enter service, for now it is possible to buy it individually.
