The family of AK gas blowback replicas from Vega Force Company already includes several well-known models, such as the AK-74M, AKS-74U, the more modern AK-105, and the yet-to-be-released classic AKM. These models have now been joined by a gas blowback replica of the PP-19 "Vityaz" submachine gun, unveiled during a livestream on August 7.
The PP-19 "Vityaz" replica is based on solutions borrowed from other AK platforms, specifically the company's existing gas blowback models. It features a VSR-standard hop-up chamber with bucking and a quick-disassembly design (although it remains unclear whether the chamber will be identical to those used in the other models), a steel bolt carrier assembly, and a realistic trigger mechanism.

Externally, the replica has been presented with a classic side-folding stock, a side-mounted "dovetail" optics rail, and an additional rail integrated into the dust cover. It will be available with either a traditional polymer handguard or a tactical aluminum handguard featuring a full-length top rail and M-LOK slots on the sides and bottom for mounting accessories.
The versions with the classic and tactical handguards will also differ in their muzzle devices. It is also possible that additional configurations will be released, incorporating components and accessories from other AK replicas.
The replica is officially scheduled to launch on August 24. Pre-orders for the standard version are already available through selected Asian retailers. The expected retail price is around 455 EUR for the replica itself, while spare magazines are expected to cost approximately 41 EUR each.
