Heckler & Koch has presented a new carbine model - the HK 233K. As one can clearly see this is a design based on the G36.

The carbine is ambidextrous. The design is also fitted with RIS rails for mounting various accessories and an adjustable butt stock - one can change its length and the position of the cheek pad. The whole design can also be used with a stock folded on the side. As its predecessor, this carbine is also chambered for 5,56 mm x 45 NATO.
