DOR is the latest version of the Hi-Cap gun replica. DOR, i.e. direct optics ready, is factory adapted for mounting a separately sold micro collimator. The collimator can be mounted simply in the place of the rear sight or using a mounting plate that comes with the set and contains additional iron sights.
In addition, along with the replica, we receive an additional underbarrel short Picatinny rail.
Basic replica data:
- overall length: 220 mm;
- weight (with an empty magazine): 839 g;
- magazine capacity: 31 +1.
Information on muzzle velocity is not provided. The standard Hi-Capa 5.1 available on the market for many years shoots at a muzzle velocity of around 360 fps (using 0.2 g BBs). The picture below shows the DOR.
And a standard 5.1 for comparison
The manufacturer claims that the DOR is significantly different from previous versions. The most important differences are a custom flat short-travel trigger, a slightly different slide ribbing, a new type of piston and shortened blowback borrowed from the M45A1 replica. In addition, several reinforced parts were added to ensure greater failure-free operation and extended service life.
