In Germany, work is underway to amend regulations regarding, inter alia, the capacity of pistol and rifle magazines. According to Airsoft and Milsim restrictions will also apply to airsoft replicas' magazines. And so the magazine for a rifle replica will not be able to hold more than 10 BBs, and for a pistol replica more than 20 BBs.

However absurd it sounds, the portal takes the matter seriously and provides a link to a petition to the German authorities in this matter.
