Enthusiasts of Russian equipment may be interested in information that a replica of the GP-25 grenade launcher will return to the market in the near future. This time it will be a product of the Double Bell company, which took over the heirloom after DBOYS/BOYI and, after minor changes, continues the production of already-known and liked models. Last week at Taiwangun store headquarters we had the opportunity to see a sample grenade launcher.
The equipment looks well made. All parts, except the grip, are made of metal.
Characteristic sights are adjustable and fully functional, although of course, due to the specificity of how an airsoft grenade works, using them for aiming will not yeald great results.
A green gas propelled K-56 grenade, holding 36 BBs, will be delivered with the grenade launcher.
While the usefulness of under-barrel grenade launchers is debatable, it must be admitted that a loaded grenade launcher looks menacing.
There is a sticker on the polymer case indicating which set it contains. This made us reason that replicas of M203 grenade launchers, dedicated to AR system weapons, will also return to the market in the near future.
We do not know the price or date of the GP-25's release. The K-56 grenade itself is currently available at Taiwangun and costs around 24 EUR (LINK).
