Another Polish accent at the Forgotten Weapons channel

A week ago we wrote about a video presentation of the Polish PM-63 RAK submachine gun on the Ian McColluma channel (LINK). Because not everybody has found time to search though the channel for video about other Polish designs, we present another one. This one has been published more than a year ago (February 2018) and is about the PPS-43/52 submachine gun.

PPS-43/52 (PPS-M, Pm wz. 43/52) is the Polish version of the original PPS-43 (ППС – "Пистолет-пулемёт Судаева" or "Pistolet-pulemyot Sudayeva", in English: "Sudayev's submachine-gun") made in the former Soviet Union. A characteristic feature is the reintroduction of the wooden stock which the original PPS-43 did not have.

The SMG is firing the 7.62×25mm Tokarev ammunition. The same one used by the older PPSh-41, designed by Shpagin, and the TT-33 Tokarev's pistol.
