In the latest newsletter, Taiwangun informs about a new delivery. Among the novelties there are many replicas from King Arms, including three AR-15 replicas licensed by Black Rain Ordnance. The longest and most expensive is the tan colored carbine version with a 450 mm long inner barrel:
The cqb version, with a 400 mm long barrel, is slightly shorter and cheaper:
The shortest version is called shorty and has a 255 mm long barrel:
Muzzle velocities and prices of individual versions:
- carbine: 400-420 fps and the price is nearly 432 Euro;
- cqb: 390-410 fps and the price is nearly 300 Euro;
- shorty: 380-400 fps and price is cqb 300 Euro.
Each replica comes with a hi-cap magazine holding 370 BBs.
The delivery also included the classic M4 RIS (SOPMOD):
It is a full metal replica from the Advanced line, just like the Black Rain replicas, it is equipped with a factory-installed MOSFET. The price is very interesting as it is less then 196 Euro.
Other new items are several GBB replicas (powered by Green Gas and CO2) by HFC:
and the PK (not PKM) LMG replica by A&K, that has been appearing on the photos in the Internet since spring, priced at around 437 Euro:
A replica of the upgraded version of the LMG, the PKM, is also available and costs around 453 Euro. Both use the same gearbox and are equipped with a MOSFET that has a feature of limiting the rate of fire regulation, hidden in the gas tube. The muzzle velocity is also the same, approx. 410 fps.
Apart from the color of wooden parts, the most important (but not the only) visible difference is the grooved PK barrel (the PKM has a smooth one) and different shapes of gas block.
The last new product in the offers the A&K STW-HK416 carbine. This is a replica made in the PTW standard. Price: around 420 Euro.
