The built-in Velcro, Cordura and Hypalon adapter allows one to secure an unused carrying sling by attaching it to the handguard/accessory rails and, more importantly, to carry a tourniquet on a handgun's holster.
In its latest version, the strap is 33 cm long and 3.81 cm wide. It is offered in Multicam, Multicam Black and Woodland camouflages, and in gray, coyote and black colors.
