The Israeli manufacturer, FAB Defense, has announced the release of magazines for 9mm Glock 17 and Glock 19 pistols.

Glock Ultimag magazines have a capacity increased by 1 round. Therefore, instead of 17 rounds in the standard G17 magazine, the user gets the option to load 18 rounds. By analogy, the Ultimag for the G19 has a capacity of 16 rounds in stead of standard 15.

Another distinguishing feature of the new FAB magazines is the blue ammunition feeder, similar to the orange feeders in OEM magazines, which allow for faster identification of the ammunition status in a weapon.

The manufacturer also adds two types of floor plates in the set, a regular "low profile" one and an extended "tactical" one that allows for a more reliable grip of the magazine and faster reloading.

The magazine grip is also facilitated by aggressive texture in key places. And probably the most important information - the magazines are compatible with all generations of Glock pistols, that is from 1 to 5. The suggested retail price is $ 19.99.
