Known for its revolutionary patented TUBES Rapid Release Technology, which revolutionized the design of modern Plate Carriers, FirstSpear has presented a new way to use them at SHOT Show 2023 in Las Vegas USA.
Instead of fasteners based on Velcro, which takes up a certain area and weight, FirstSpear has provided the possibility of mounting TUBES in its products. By adding belt loops or fabric cuts with the spacing consistent with those in "Tubes", we gain the ability to attach them.
The difference between the original idea and all others inspired by this solution is that it allows the buckle to slide out in both directions when unlocked. It is also worth recalling that for many years this type of buckles were unavailable on the market and they were used only together with the products of their manufacturer. However, since April 2022, they have been introduced for sale, thanks to which it is possible to use them with equipment outside the FirstSpear range.
