During the SHOT Show 2024, the renowned American flashlight manufacturer,Princeton Tec, has presented a new model of a helmet-mounted flashlight called Charge X.
The Princeton Tec Charge X has an X-shaped head placed on an improved flexible arm, which, in addition to the main white light emitter, now has not three, but four additional LEDs with different wavelengths: red, green, blue and IR.
The luminous flux of the main emitter has also changed, reaching 100 lumens in the new model (in Charge and Charge Pro it was 55 lm ). To best adapt to the user's requirements, the flashlight allows to program the order in which subsequent LEDs are turned on. Moreover, it can be powered by both AA and CR123 batteries and offers up to 50 hours of continuous operation.
The Charge X model, made in the USA, is available in three colors: Black, OD and TAN. The flashlight weighs 55 grams, meets the IPX7 water resistance standard and is adapted to various ways of mounting it on a helmet, including M-LOK slots.
At the Princeton Tec stand there were also see other products from the manufacturer's portfolio. These included, among others: the Switch RGB model, was introduced into the offer last year.
