The Polish company GATE Enterprise, known for its innovative solutions, will soon start pre-orders for its newest product, the ASTER II Bluetooth system for V3 gearboxes. Aster is one of the flagship products from GATE. Recently the manufacturer has also introduced a new HPA Pulsar H engine (New HPA Pulsar H engine from Gate Enterprise), which we wrote about earlier, in a version using this circuitry. Previously, ASTER was not adapted to work with HPA engines. This is the special feature of the new product, that is compatibility with both AEG and HPA. The AEG version has been prepared to work with both brushed and brushless motors. However, HPA enthusiasts can connect both single-valve and double-valve engines.
This time, in response to market demand, GATE is expanding its portfolio with ASTER II for V3 gearboxs. ASTER II is a development of the first generation of Aster in the manufacturer's offer. The new system is distinguished primarily by the possibility of configuring it via a bluetooth with the GCS (GATE Control Station) application installed on a smartphone. GATE Enterprise provides the application for free. You can download it from Google Play and Apple App Store and, depending on which model of system you have, connect to it using a USB-link or in this case via bluetooth (Blu-link built into the ETU module). What probably distinguishes the GATE Enterprise product the most from the competition is the transparency and intuitiveness of use. It is through this application that you can control the entire system and have capabilities not provided by competing products.
ASTER II gives the user great possibilities of adjusting numerous parameters to their needs. It's much more than just trigger sensitivity or firing modes programming. Telemetry is also a very interesting and useful tool. In this category we will find parameters such as BB counter, both fired in the last session and after the system started working, rate of fire, temperature of individual important components, voltage level or battery consumption. In addition, among the numerous options we have burst length, pre-cocing setting, rate of fire control and even sniper delay. You can also set, among other things: magazine parameters such as its capacity, reload time or low ammo warning.
