Magpul's range will soon be expanded with the DAKA® Range Bag, Small and DAKA® Range Bag, Large: two new bags designed for use at a shooting range. New products use various proven solutions and materials used by the manufacturer, including the patented DAKA Grit (TPU-coated 600D nylon) and DAKA Dura (TPU-coated 840D nylon). They also have YKK Aquaguard® zippers and durable seams made in RF-welding technology.
As for the differences between the two bags, the smaller one has a main compartment with a capacity of 20 liters and a single side pocket, which will fit hearing and eye protection. The user of the larger variant, on the other hand, has a 40-liter main compartment and two side pockets, which can also fit ammunition and other necessary items. The weight and total dimensions of the DAKA® Range Bag are approximately 1130 g, 42x28x25 cm for the small variant and 1500 g, 55x29x28 cm for the large variant.
On the outer wall located under the cover of the main chamber, there is a zippered mesh pocket and elastic loops for two rifle magazines and two pistol magazines. Inside the bag, there are more loops and space for more magazines, documents and many different accessories.
The lower wall of the bag is stiffened, made of Hypalon material and filled with foam to maintain high durability. The side pockets are water resistant, and the cover of the main chamber can act as an outdoor work mat. The DAKA® Range Bag is also designed for multiple carry options, including compatibility with QD belts.
The black, 20-liter DAKA® Range Bag, Small is priced at $129.95, while the larger, 40-liter DAKA® Range Bag, Large is priced at $159.95. The offer will soon be expanded to include versions in FDE colors.
