LCT Airsoft, despite being best known for its AK replicas, continues to expand its portfolio with other platforms as well. Alongside its long-established CETME/H&K G3 rifle replicas, previously reviewed on our portal, and other derivatives of the platform, one of the latest additions to this category is a replica of the most iconic G3 family variant - the legendary MP5 submachine gun. LCT Airsoft officially unveiled its TP-5 replica, based on the fixed-stock MP5A2 variant, during the MOA 2025, while the more demanding users can opt for the TP-5A2 PRO version.

The new model stands out thanks to its upgraded internal configuration, featuring the ETU Aster II BT electronic trigger unit from Polish manufacturer GATE Enterprise, a TDC (Top Down Center) hop-up chamber offering more precise pressure adjustment, and a factory-installed Monster (Macaron) 60-degree hop-up bucking from Maple Leaf. The replica officially entered the market on July 28 and is now available from selected European retailers at a price of approximately 410 EUR.
