Revision, a global leader in protective equipment solutions, has announced on October 1 the sale of its branch that produces broadly defined eye protection to ASGARD Partners & Co. based in New York.
The transaction includes the sale of a production line in Essex, Vermont, the whole eye protection product line, including the trademark and the Revision brand. The newly formed Revision company will continue daily operations with the old management and production team in Essex, Vermont to ensure continuity of production and service.
