Much has been written about the GROT. It has his supporters and critics and, undoubtedly, suffers from some initial design problems.
The weapon certainly raises a lot of emotions and would find buyers in the civil market if not for (according to me but not only) the high price, oscillating around 8,000 PLN (around 1,877.56 EURO).
As we have learned, Fabryka Broni Łucznik has just stared to offered the S16FB M1 carbine at a promotional price of 6,900 PLN (around 1,619.36 EURO).
For this price we get the GROT carbine without folding sights, a front grip, a cleaning toolbox and with one mounting rail.
The reduced price will probably save buyers some money and allow to personalize the carbine in one's own way.
