Muzzle velocity measurements results of the R501

Factory supplied magazine, ProTech gas, ambient temperature around 19°C. HopUp set to zero, OpenBlaster 0.2g BBs

6. 317.7
7. 321.0
8. 315.4
9. 316.5
10. 309.9
320.9 fps on average, the biggest velocity spread was 24.8 fps, which will definitely affect accuracy.

Measurement made in the same conditions using a Tokyo Marui magazine (from a HiCapa 5.1 gun). In brackets, the difference computerate to an Army magazine.

1. 296.9 (-37.8)
2.28.1 (-27.0)
3. 295.4 (-26.1)
4. 289.2 (-35.1)
5. 291.0 (-32.0)
6. 287.9 (-29.8)
7. 286.0 (-35.0)
8. 286.0 (-29.4)
9. 294.3 (-22.2)
10. 296.0 (-13.9)
291.1 fps on average, half the velocity spread: 12.10fps. A smaller dose of gas released once by the Marui magazine also results in the possibility of firing more BBs from one gas filling. Here it was about 50 BBs, in the Army magazine it was barely around 40.
