Garmin has announced the release of a new line of Tactix watches, Delta.

Basically, it is the Fenix 6x Sapphire with improved military/tactical functions, a black DLC case, a black PVD caseback, a sapphire dome crystal and a new buttons design. The manufacturer declares water resistance up to 10 atmospheres.

In addition, the watch has the so-called "stealth mode", which, if necessary, quickly turns off wireless communication and prevents saving all stored data or position enabling geographical identification. In addition to this function there is also the so-called Kill Switch, which immediately deletes all user memory on the watch.

Navigation is carried out with the help of pre-loaded TOPO maps, SKI maps are also available for over 2000 global ski resorts. The watch supports many satellite navigation systems (GNSS: GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO), has a barometric altimeter and a compass.

Naturally, the Tactix Delta display is compatible with night vision devices.

Manufacturer's declarations say about improved battery life giving the user 21 days of operation in watch mode and 60 hours in GPS mode. The Power Manager mode will help you manage the battery.
