The charging handle and return springs assembly

Mounting the charging handle inside the upper receiver. The rounding on the handle must enter a channel widening at the bottom of the receiver. Only then will the handle move freely.

The way of connecting the upper and lower receiver. The spring guides enter the holes in the lower receiver.

HopUp chamber stabilization

The polymer element that slides onto the barrel cancels out any transverse slack. The barrel, together with the chamber, can only move back and forth. The compression spring is placed between the stabilizer and the barrel mount and it does not fall out.

The stabilizer in its proper place before being secured with screws. The compression spring is already installed.

The external barrel

An unusual shape of the outer barrel at the point of connection with the upper receiver.

The mounting solution used.

The gearbox

A standard V2 frame. Here with safety/selector switch gears already removed. The catch of the dummy bolt carrier must be removed to reveal one of the gearbox's screws.

The selector plate is made of steel.

The motor with a long shaft uses neodymium magnets.

The pistol grip bottom plate is mounted with only a single screw. In the back part is locked with a pin.

The HopUp chamber with the adjustment ring (rotary type). The inner barrel has a diameter of 6.03 mm.

A standard bucking.

The fuse and flat wire connectors. The arrows indicate the connecting plate attached with the front receiver pin, to which the handguared is screwed.

The gearbox

A standard cut-off lever and mechanical trigger safety. It has ball bearings.

Standard steel gears. The sector gear has a delayer.

The piston with 7 steel teeth. The aluminum head is fitted with a rotating sleeve.

The polymer cylinder head. Despite the small amount of shots fired you can already clearly see how the bumper material is used.

A 21.2 mm long nozzle with an O-ring.

The complete cylinder assembly shows adequate air-tightness.
