The new 5.11 A.T.L.A.S (All Terrain Load Assistance System) tactical footwear series was presented in Las Vegas during this year's Shot Show and consists of 3 models: the highest (Boot), medium height (Hiker) and the lowest, sports style (Trainer).
5.11 took into account the opinion of users of their products during the design process of the new footwear . As Brendan Rynne, head of 5.11 footwear department said: “We heard our guys complain about ‘work weight’ over and over again, and after several years, we are really excited to be giving them the answer to their footwear support and stability problems in the new 5.11 A.T.L.A.S. series.”
High and medium models of the A.T.L.A.S. are equipped with a new midsole made of Echo and Force foam and the A.T.L.A.S. insole Plate for better control and stability. In addition, the above-mentioned A.T.L.A.S. models also have a new Ortholite® insole, slip and oil-resistant soles, and breathable uppers for maximum comfort.
The MSRP for the 8-inch high model is 149.99 USD, and the MSRP for the medium height model $ 139.99 USD.
