According to media reports, the 21st Tactical Air Base (Świdwin) has begun proceedings for the supply for the BERYL Pneumatic Training Carbines for use in safe "force on force" training. The procedure will concern a purchase of 45 replicas, 30 units up front and 15 as an option.

The carbines replicas are to come with three magazines (with different BBs capacities, from 30 to 350), two Li-po batteries, a battery charger, a cleaning rod, silicone oil, protective goggles and a mask.

The replicas are to have a muzzle velocity of 107-122 m/s, use 6 mm BBs and must be equipped with a functional safety/selector switch, adapted to fire with a single fire, 3-shot burst and full-auto firing modes. Deliveries are to be completed by October 30, 2020.
