Kimber, known mainly for the production of high-quality 1911 pistols, joined the companies supporting Ukraine in the fight against the Russian aggressor.
The company announced that it has handed over 200 Kimber MAKO R7 compact 9mm pistols and 800 magazines for them to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
In addition, the company also donated 20 .308 Win sniper rifles (including 10 Advanced Tactical rifles) with a set of two magazines for each and spare bolts.
Mission First Tactical (MFT), a manufacturer of gun accessories, including high-quality stocks, donated holsters for the above-mentioned Kimber MAKO R7 pistols, 3300 AR-15 magazines and 1000 AR-10 magazines.
Optics manufacturer Leupold & Stevens, Inc. (Leupold) donated 20 Mark 4 LR/T 3.5-10×40 scopes for Ukraine, which were mounted on Kimber's sniper rifles.
Symbolic or not, any support will probably be appreciated by the bravely fighting Ukraine.
