Gray Fox Strategic, a Canadian manufacturer specializing in making of Kydex holsters, pouches and other accessories, is increasing the use of another material in its products - Tegris®.

Milliken Tegris® is a material with properties similar to carbon fiber, which, in addition to high durability, is also (among other things) cheaper and lighter.

Last year, Gray Fox Strategic has presented connectors made of this material, which allowed a holster and a magazine pouch to be integrated into a single piece. This time Tegris® has been used in new pouches called Turner, as well as an adapter for holsters for mounting a thigh strap.

The Tegris® insert in the lower part of the pouch, visible in the photo above, allows the magazine to be placed much lower, while providing the user with greater maneuverability.

The low-profile thigh strap adapter is located between the holster and the strap mount - it allows to use an additional thigh strap, which increases the stability of the platform.
