The offer of Leupold, a well-known manufacturer of targeting and observation optical devices, has just included a new family of products - the Mark 4HD.
The new scopes use proven solutions known from other models from the Mark line, while offering a slightly more compact structure. They were created for shooters who value precision and who place equally great emphasis on the universality of the products they use. Thanks to the wide magnification range (4x), the Mark 4HD sights are suitable for installation on many types of long guns, allowing them to be adapted to various tasks and scenarios.
The design is based on the Professional-Grade Optical System technology developed by the manufacturer, which guarantees excellent image quality and brightness, as well as color reproduction. Each of the Mark 4HD series scopes features a removable throw lever for quickly changing the magnification. They were also equipped with adjustment turrets with large and clear setting markings. The ZeroLock function is also available.
The new family of sights consists of five models with different basic parameters: 1-4.5x24, 2.5-10x42, 4.5-18x52, 6-24x52 and 8-32x56 . They are sold in different variants, with many types of reticles (including the new PR3) calibrated in MOA or milliradians. Depending on the purpose of a specific scope, the reticle is placed in the first or second focal plane (there is choice in the case of 2.5-10x42 according user's own preferences). Selected Mark 4HD models also offer numerous additional functions, including precise parallax adjustment (in a range between 25 yards to infinity), reticle illumination using MST™ technology (a motion sensor that automatically activates and deactivates this function), as well as an electronic system that facilitates leveling the optics during mounting and shooting.
The Leupold scopes that have just been added to the offer are resistant to shocks, fog and the adverse effects of water. They are manufactured at a plant in Beaverton (Oregon) and are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the model and its specific variant, the new products are priced between 999.99USD and 1,599.99 USD .
