Revision, one of the most recognizable manufacturers of eye protection products for tactical applications, has included a new model of safety glasses into its offer - the SlingShot™ Ballistic Sunglasses.
At first glance, it can be noticed that the new product stands out from traditional ballistic glasses. It has been deprived of the upper part of the frame, which not only improves air flow, but also increases the user's field of view, e.g. when the head is tilted down or when firing from a prone position. Increased protection against fogging is additionally supported by the anti-fogOcuMax® coating, which also protects the visor against scratches.
The visor itself can be quickly replaced and has been made in accordance with the I-Vis® technology: it is available in many shades adapted to use in various environments and conditions, improving contrast and perception of colors.
The design of the SlingShot™ Ballistic Sunglasses allows the product to be precisely fitted to one's face and nose, and the comfortable, adjustable temples do not hinder the use of various equipment worn on one's head. All these features, combined with excellent durability mean that, according to the manufacturer, the new glasses are made to last and meet the rigorous military requirements.
The Revision SlingShot™ Ballistic Sunglasses with I-Vis® Verso and Umbra visors are priced at 179.99 USD.
