The ScopeSwitch™, made by Antimatter Industries, is an innovative mount designed to make the most of the advantages of LVPOs, which allows to quickly and intuitively change the magnification level without taking a hand off the rifle's handguard. We had the opportunity to describe it in more detail on the day of its premiere last year.
During SHOT Show® Industry Day At The Range, representatives of Flux Defense allowed visitors to test a functional prototype of a new, electronically controlled version of this product, which was already initially announced in the middle of last year.
The device from Antimatter Industries consists of two parts: powered by two CR123 batteries, a mount with an electric motor and a control module mounted on a rail with buttons responsible for increasing and decreasing the magnification level of an LPVO. The mount itself is also equipped with additional USB-C ports (there are as many as four in total), which also enable the use of the electronic ScopeSwitch ™ as a power bank.

A representative of the WMASG.com editorial office had the opportunity to test the prototype himself, and like many other people interested in it, he appreciated the smooth operation and intuitiveness of this solution. The Electronically controlled ScopeSwitch™ will be designed for a wide range of popular LVPO scopes with a tube diameter of both 30 mm and 34 mm. It is possible that it will hit the market this quarter. At the moment, its suggested price has not been revealed.
