NorthEast Airsoft, the company behind some of the more unique gas-powered replicas, has announced changes in its series the British Sten sub-machine guns replicas. Both the internal and external parts were refreshed. To improve the reliability of individual parts a new nozzle design was introduced to facilitate a longer lifetime, the magazine seal was changed for better fit, the location of the hammer was changed and a new magazine floor plate was introduced for easier access. The announcements also include a new CO2 nozzle dedicated to the upcoming CO2 versions.
The selection of available versions of Sten Mk2 replicas will also increase. The following ones will be available: a version with a tubular stock (T-stock), with a skeleton stock and with a skeleton stock and an integrated silencer.
The kits will be sold as conversions and will require installation of all the mechanisms by the buyer. We can expect them all in the near future, as indicated by the manufacturer's information about the production of new parts being underway.
