Replicas of American designs from the Vietnam War period, both more and less experimental, constitute quite an extensive collection in the Vega Force Company's offer.
A real cherry on top is a replica of the classic M16 carbine in the A1 version, the workhorse of that conflict. The entire concept of the replica will be based on an aluminum receiver with a classic design for this period, i.e. an upper with a fixed transport handle, an early version of the forward assist and safety/selector switch, and a lower with reinforcements.
There is also a polymer handguard with aluminum reinforcement that has a triangular cross-section, a fixed M16 front sight, a polymer stock with a storage compartment and a classic pistol grip.
The replica will also receive early, 20-round magazines, but the use of 30-round magazines will be possible. The mechanism of the replica is based on the V3 standard, including a trigger mechanism made of steel parts, and a proprietary hop-up adjustment system on the outer barrel.
The entire replica will also feature army, manufacturer and Department of Defense (DOD) markings thanks to cooperation with Cybergun.
The replica is already in stores with a price of approximately 450-500 USD.
